Single products are generally available from Stock FOB Shenzhen or Ex works, Sattel Energy Local companies. For larger projects, we firstly use our project evaluation and system dimensioning expertise to produce a system design and quotation including delivery, and implementation schedules which can take from 3 to 6 months depending on complexity.

We ship our products worldwide and have stock in China and at local Sattel Energy companies. We provide systems design, installation through local Sattel Energy companies or approved distributors.

Yes ! Sattel Energy provides installation, after sales support and warranty fulfillment directly through its local sales subsidiaries or approved distributors. All products are sold with a worldwide 12 month parts and labour factory warranty.

Sattel Energy policy is not to provide financing itself but to co-operate with professional lenders to offer competitive and preferential credit to it’s clients. Current financial partners include RAWBank, Asante, FICA, FBD Bank, amongst others.
